Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the engine cover.

: Always plug any open connections to prevent contamination. Remove the PCV valve.   Disconnect the PCV hose.   Disconnect the electrical connector.   Release the PCV valve.   Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.   Clean the components.   Install a new O-ring seal.   Lubricate the seal with clean engine oil.

Connect the battery ground cable.
